Positive Discipline Training
Teachers gain skills for DO NO HARM discipline as they do a self-assessment and analyze their own discipline management trajectories. Teachers learn to collect and analyze discipline data and make judgements on their own approaches to discipline and the value adds on each approach. Importantly, teachers learn how to listen to children, analyze children personalities, create bonds with children and how to utilize those bonds for effective teaching/learning as they learn to self-conference on matters discipline management. Teachers learn to prevent and manage anger as they are trained to place themselves always as mentors and not prison warders for the children they teach.
